You can update your phone number or email directly on our website.
Once you've logged in, click on your name and you'll see an arrow. Click on "My Profile" and update your account information.
That's it! After this process, your data will be updated.
If you have already used this phone number on Ingresse or no longer have access to the registered email, you'll need to send the following information to contato@ingresse.com:
Clear photo of the front and back of your ID or driver's license. If it's digital, send us the image of the document with the QR code.
Old phone number with area code (DDD)
New phone number with area code (DDD)
